2nd Nine Weeks Traditional and Virtual Instruction Survey

Please click on the link below and register your student(s) for “In Person or Virtual” instruction for the 2nd  9 weeks.  If your student(s) is virtual and would like to remain virtual, you need to indicate so on the survey. ALL students must have a survey filled out to designate the type of instruction they want to participate in for the remainder of the semester.

The transition to virtual learning can present various challenges for families. To ensure parents and guardians are better informed, please read, complete and submit  the Virtual Parent Agreement Letter:  Middle and High School.

Technology Needs

During virtual learning, your student is expected to complete assigned learning activities each day. They will show proof of participation in daily virtual learning by satisfactorily engaging with assigned learning activities and completing assignments to demonstrate their learning before or by the assigned due date. It is important for you and your student to stay in communication with teachers when in need of additional learning support. To help facilitate this, the school has issued chrome books to our virtual students and will be issuing will be issuing chrome books to hybrid students on August 24, 2020.   

CPSB 2020-2021 Virtual Meal Program

Virtual students will have meal pickup each Friday from 10:00-Noon at their school campus If a parent has students attending multiple campuses you may select one campus where you want to pick-up your food (First pickup service begins on Aug. 21st). Parents must complete this form each 9 weeks for every child in the household enrolled in a virtual program. Only the parent or a listed designee can pick up the meals at the child's school and they must present a Driver's License or Photo I.D. Click here to complete Virtual Meal Program form.

Hybrid Information

Hybrid students will be assigned by the first letter of their last name.  A-J are assigned to the A-day schedule.  K-Z are assigned to the B-day schedule.  A-day students will attend class on campus Monday and Wednesday, and virtually on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.  B-day students will attend class on campus on Tuesday and Thursday, and virtually on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.                                                           Read More
